Describe the actual work
Start by writing what your business will do, who its customers are, how money or goods move and how the business earns revenue. A precise description is more useful than a broad label.
Separate the decisions
Company preparation, permitted commercial activities and any financial or professional permissions should have separate questions and owners. Do not infer one from another.
Confirm the supplier
Before an engagement, identify the entity delivering the service, its role and any specialist providers. Ask for the scope, exclusions and responsibilities in writing.
Keep a useful record
Maintain the documents, advice, approved decisions and outstanding actions that informed the project. Revisit them when the activity, customer location or business model changes.
